Paving & flatwork
Driveways, trails, walkways, and paved areas planned around the way people actually use them.
Family-owned asphalt, flatwork, and maintenance for commercial and residential properties across Virginia. We take pride in clear communication, dependable workmanship, and lasting results.
WHAT WE DO
Every surface has a different job to do. We look at the use, condition, and scope before recommending the right path forward.
Driveways, trails, walkways, and paved areas planned around the way people actually use them.
Potholes, damaged sections, and pavement failures that call for a focused, durable fix.
Sealcoating and striping help protect paved surfaces and keep parking areas clear and organized. We can plan upkeep for residential and commercial properties.
WHERE WE WORK
We currently serve residential and commercial projects throughout Virginia, with plans to expand into Washington, DC, and Maryland. Share your address or ZIP code and we'll confirm coverage for your job.
ABOUT COUSINS
Nate and James are cousins who saw an opportunity to make pavement projects easier to understand and better to experience. We start by understanding the site, speaking plainly about the work, and taking pride in the finished result.
